Installation Problem

I have installed all of the files--however I am getting a error that reads "GETTEXT not installed!" Can someone guide me in the correct direction so I may finish Instalation

Gettext (https://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/) should be installed on the web server. How to install it, depends on the operating system you are using. See for example: http://php.net/manual/en/gettext.installation.php or search in internet.
