Message body truncated at UTF emojis

Message body truncated at UTF emojis

I've noticed a bug in Katak Support.

One of the clients included a UTF8 emoji in the message. (I was going to paste it in this message, but your forum also can't handle it and spurts out a database error message)

The whole message was properly forwarded via e-mail to the staff, but the message is truncated at the aforementioned character in the staff panel and, I'm guessing, in the database (staff panel only shows the first half of the message, there is no text beyond the emoji, which was included in the e-mails to the staff).

Thanks for reporting the problem.
We will work on it in the coming days. We are anyway preparing a version 1.2.1 in order to fix some problems.

Additionally, ticket status (closed, open) in the staff panel (ticket details table) and the customer area is still "untranslateable" or, rather, shows up in English.
Also in the staff panel, the message "Showing x of x" is translateable, but the rest of the string is not, i.e. "open Tickets"
