Emails are not to users after ticket creating

Emails are not to users after ticket creating

Recently installed Katak support. When I created a new ticket, email was not sent to the user. We host our website in an AWS box, is it AWS preventing sending PHP emails? How can I configure my own email settings (for outgoing emails), i.e any other commercial email settings like MailJet etc.,

Also, when users respond to the ticket via email it should automatically get updated in the ticket.
