Attachment is not sent to ticket creater's email id when reply.

Attachment is not sent to ticket creater's email id when reply.

Recently installed Katak support. When I created a new ticket, email was sent to the user. But when i reply to user with attachments the email sent successfully like this format below.

But attachment is not coming in reply. Please help me if you have solution.
