is there an option to call the frontend with a predefined language? In the moment i can set the default language in admin panel. But the user cannot change the language if he checks tickets. I need a system where user can add and check tickets in a switchable frontend.
Would it be possible to give over language id in any way?

No, at the moment the user cannot change the language.
Probably in the next version, in a few months ...
You can change the language in the "Admin Panel" (you have to enter as administrator) and choose the tag "Settings". At the bottom of the general Settings block you can find the language preferences.
