aggiornamento da osticket

Buongiorno, vorrei scrivere qui come ho risolto un errore dato dal passaggio da ostiket a katak. Per eseguire l'aggiornamento ho eseguito le istruzioni riportate sul vostro sito, ma quando andavo nel tab settings ad impostare la lingua in italiano, avevo come risposta errore interno non salvando le impostazioni appena modificate, guardando i log mi sono accorto che l'errore attribuito era un DB error No. 1054, infatti il report inviatomi tramite mail dal server di ticketing mi dava questo errore a fine pagina:

Unknown column 'reopen_grace_period' in 'field list'

In pratica mancava la colonna reopen_grace_period nella tabella ost_config, inserita questa colonna tutto è tornato a funzionare translate della lingua compreso.
