New version coming!

We are working on version 1.1.0 of Katak-support. We plan to release it the first days of October 2014.
It will fix some bugs and add some new features, including the ability to require users to login in order to insert tickets.

Isn't this the same as OSTicket? But a rebranded branch of an earlier version?

EDIT: Just read the website and you do admit this. Although all the features you're adding is already in the latest version of OsTicket.

Yas, we made a fork of the osTicket version 1.6.
Our idea is to have a more lightweight and easy to use and maintain system than the new versions of osTicket. Check for example the dimension of the script or the number of database tables!
We are also working a lot on security: you will see the results in future versions.

Sorry, but we have to postpone a few weeks the release of version 1.1.0. The final tests are longer than expected, and we want to release a well tested version.
Please be patient a little longer!
